Members shall be governed by the Bye-Laws of the Society, rules and regulations framed by the Board from time to time.
The Board may reject any application without assigning any reason.
The Board shall reserve the right of admission to members.
Further installments of site deposits shall be payable by the applicants as and when demanded by the Society.
Interest at the rate of 10% shall be charged on belated remittances.
The member shall visit the Society periodically and update the address and phone numbers.
Non-receipt of communication shall not be considered as a valid reason for delayed payments.
Withdrawal or transfer of membership is possible only after completion of the project period.
Any withdrawal before completion is liable for penalty and subject to replacement by new members
for the same membership/seniority number with the consent of the Board of Directors.
